Terms of Service

The service
Taylor Teaches Ecom provides educational programs, memberships, mentorship, and consulting for clothing brand owners, including the Cult Clothing Collective, the 10k Meta Ads Formula, sprint mentorships, fractional CMO packages, and strategy or coaching calls.
By purchasing or using any product on this site, you agree to these terms.
Payments and subscriptions
Prices are shown at checkout and processed securely by Stripe. Memberships (such as the Cult Clothing Collective and Inner Circle) are recurring subscriptions that renew until canceled. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
You can cancel a membership at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Split payment plans (such as the 60 Day Sprint) are a commitment to the full amount. The second installment is charged automatically, and access may be revoked if an installment fails.
No guaranteed results
Everything we teach is education, not a promise of income. Results shown anywhere on this site come from real clients and past students, but they do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Building a successful brand takes significant work, dedication, and risk — and the majority of brands fail. Your results depend on many factors beyond any product, program, or advice we offer.
Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or professional advice.
Intellectual property
All course content, call recordings, frameworks, software tools, templates, and community materials are the property of Taylor Teaches Ecom and are licensed to you for personal use while your access is active. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or share your login or any materials with others.
Community conduct
Members of the Cult Clothing Collective agree to keep the community constructive: no harassment, spam, solicitation, or sharing other members' work outside the community. We may suspend or remove access for violations, without refund where the violation is serious.
Coaching, mentorship, and fractional CMO engagements
1-on-1 engagements are scoped on a call before purchase and delivered as described on the relevant offer page. Scheduling is handled through Calendly; missed calls may be rescheduled at our discretion. Performance bonuses, where applicable, are calculated as defined on the offer page and are separate from base retainers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taylor Teaches Ecom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or programs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted here. Questions? Email taylor@taylorteachesecom.org.
